What We Do
Bright Owlets Child Care & Learning Centre is a licensed facility with three locations. We offer programs for children ages six months to three years old. We believe that every child is unique, and our licensed Early Childhood Educators are committed in implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children in a loving, healthy and safe environment.
Our Philosophy
Our goal is to provide children with a stimulating, nurturing, healthy and safe environment necessary for their physical, social, intellectual, and emotional well-being. We value each child as a unique individual with his or her own background and personality. We encourage and support them in developing positive relationships. Our aim is to cultivate the child’s self-esteem, as well as respect for others. We recognize the importance of play in the learning process and offer both planned and spontaneous activities.

Bright Owlets Child Care and Learning centre, is dedicated in providing a safe and healthy environment for young children to stimulate their developmental and socialization skills. Our loving, caring and professional educators and assistants are active in each child’s development in our program.
